Our clients’s next phase of growth will continue to be driven by Analytics. To deliver this growth, Our clients would like to strengthen and grow its Analytics team globally. We are seeking an exceptionally strong hunter sales executive to accelerate this growth. Business Development Executives directly contribute to the Company’s revenue and margin by adding new business in a variety of vertical industry. As part of the business development team, he/she will help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and brand value for Our clients and its services targeted at our existing and potential clients. The Business Development Executive responsibilities will include defining and building key market segments, connections and networks, understand market shifts, develop Our clients’s positioning in the market through a robust and well-thought go-to-market strategy and drive growth through new logo acquisition. Additionally, the Business Development Executive will work with the enterprise Global Relationship Manager to develop large-scale bundled plays. It is expected successful candidates will exceed yearly targets of $6 million in Total Contract Value and $2 million in current year revenues for analytics sales.
Ideal candidates will possess both a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interactions at the CXO level, as well as a strong technical understanding of analytics and industry to understand and deliver the right business solutions. He/she will demonstrate the ability to think strategically and analytically around business, product and technical challenges and convey compelling value propositions. He/she must work cross-functionally to build consensus and partnerships with the Customer CXO and process owner level, Our clients analytics business and sales leaders, practice leaders and solutions teams. Industries that would be supported by this role are, Industrial Manufacturing (Heavy Equipment, Process Mfg, General Discrete Mfg), Automotive and Medical Device.

MBA or advanced degree in related field
• Global Industrial experience and mindset
• Ability to influence C-suite level executives and multiple internal stakeholders
• 12-15 years of experience in solution selling with focus on analytic services
• Marketing, Aftermarket Services, Engineering, or Mfg / Operations background
