Our client Limited, an extremely successful and forward thinking Telecommunications service provider is looking for a Channel Sales Director who would thrive in this fast paced, high growth and dynamic environment to grow and develop their channel sales team.
We are looking for and exceptional candidate who will be responsible for growing and developing the channel sales across the UK. This is a critical role for the company; we are looking for a highly strategical and driven individual who will be responsible for strategy, hiring, training and leading the channel sales team.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
• Excellent sales leadership skills (at least 3 years managerial experience)
• The successful applicant must have experience of channel sales.
• A successful solution sales background with experience of selling into the channel and a good understanding of Unified Communications (SIP, VoIP, Hosted Telephony), Data Connectivity (WAN, LAN, Ethernet) or Cloud.
• Strong commercial acumen to close deals and think outside of the box
• Coaching and mentoring skills including the ability to develop people
• Experience of putting together targeted sales business plans for the team and individuals
• Proven track record of using data analysis to drive decision making
• The ability to work to and achieve value KPI’s
• Hunger, enthusiasm and tenacity to achieve targets.
• Strong work ethos
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills
